WHY IT EXISTS

The agent is only half of what you sell

Your clients ask you. Their portal answers.

Illustration: a customer leaning on a hardware-store counter looks at his phone while an employee works on a laptop.
  1. Sunday, 11:48 PM

“Why is this invoice higher than last month?”

    TODAY · YOU, BY HAND

You dig through ElevenLabs to rebuild the overage, then write an email that reads like an excuse.

He starts doubting every invoice you send.

    WITH teldash · THEIR PORTAL

    Billing, overage call by call

Every minute traced to a call. Nothing to explain.

  2. Friday, 6:15 PM

“How many minutes do we have left?”

    TODAY · YOU, BY HAND

Third spreadsheet this month. By the time you reply, the number is already wrong.

The overage still catches him by surprise.

    WITH teldash · THEIR PORTAL

    Usage, minutes against the plan

    Live, updated with every call.

  3. Monday, 7:02 AM

“Is the agent even picking up after hours?”

    TODAY · YOU, BY HAND

You export the calls and sort them by hour. He’s waited all weekend for an answer.

Silence sounds like “it doesn’t work.” That’s how clients cancel.

    WITH teldash · THEIR PORTAL

    Analytics, after-hours share

He sees it answering at 2 AM. Proof of what he pays for.

  4. With 10 clients, every month

1 workday spent answering instead of selling
0 min and clients who trust the bill
BILLING

HOW IT WORKS

From API key to your client's first invoice

Your agents stay in your ElevenLabs; teldash imports them and bills the minutes.

WHERE teldash STANDS

Security first. Access and isolation are built.

teldash is built release by release, and each one is tested on real calls before the next is built. Security and access came before features.

Three separate tiles, one highlighted.

Each client sees only its own data

Isolation is enforced twice, in the application and in the database, and automated tests try to cross between agencies and clients on every server change.

A padlock on a tile, with five code dots.

Two-factor authentication for owners and admins

Required, not optional, for the people who can change your team, your brand or your billing.

Every change on record

Who changed what and when, saved together with the change itself.

How much does teldash cost?

Prices are not set yet. Plans for agencies will be tiered, and a custom domain comes with the intermediate and advanced plans. On every plan, teldash takes no share of your clients' payments.

My agency is in the Dominican Republic. Can I bill through teldash?

Billing at launch runs on Stripe, which does not accept businesses registered in the Dominican Republic. If your agency is registered where Stripe operates, such as the United States or Mexico, you bill through your own Stripe account. Billing through Azul or CardNET, and invoices paid by bank transfer, are planned for a later release. Your clients' portal works either way.

Do I need my own ElevenLabs account?

Yes. You connect your own ElevenLabs workspace and pay ElevenLabs directly. teldash imports and manages your agents, but never resells minutes.

Does teldash work with Retell or Vapi?

Not yet. teldash starts with ElevenLabs. A second connector, Retell or Vapi depending on what agencies need first, is planned for a later release.
